Terms & Conditions

  1. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and your acceptance of them is expressed by completing the online order form including ticking the Terms and Conditions box.
  2. Print2canvs.biz has the right to decline any order if it is believed to be in breach of copyright, is offensive or obscene.
  3. Print2canvas.biz will return your original material if requested but you send it to us at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to it during transit or by another reason beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any value beyond the basic value of the material upon which your original is produced.
  4.  Print2canvas will require written confirmation of any material which might require a request for the right or permission to reproduce any image you send to us
  5. You will indemnify Print2canvas.biz against any costs or damages arising from the reproduction of any image you submit to us
  6. The preview service is intended to give a reasonable representation of the final image for composition purposes only. Due to variables within the reproduction process, screen resolutions and colours, monitors etc we cannot guarantee an exact recreation of the colour balance of either the original image or the on screen image.
  7. Print2canvas.biz cannot accept any responsibility for quality issues other than those arising from faulty printing. The quality and composition of the supplied original image is the responsibility of the customer and goods will not be replaced due to issues arising from the nature of the original.
  8. Orders will normally be fulfilled within 3 working days of receipt of initial order. E-mail proofs will normally be sent during the next working day following receipt of order. Any delay in responding to this proof by the customer will cause a corresponding delay in fulfilment of the order. When paying by cheque the ordering cycle will be deemed to start from the point where payment clears our account. Print2canvas.biz reserves the right to deliver within 21 days of receipt of order if dictated by unforeseen circumstances, after which time the option of a full refund is available.
  9. Any parcel which is returned to Print2canvas.biz by the couriers, will incur a cost of £17.00 and will be resent if required. Redelivery will not be made until payment is received.
  10. Prices are as stated on the website at the time of ordering.
  11. Orders can be placed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, but will only be processed during working hours. Print2canvas.biz closes on Bank Holidays and from 24th December to 1st January inclusive.
  12. Terms and conditions may be altered without notice and will be posted on this website.
